We are looking for professionals who can provide dependable support to mental health practices. Ideal applicants are organized, responsive, and comfortable working in structured clinical workflows.

Selected candidates complete an 6-week focused training program that prepares them to support therapists, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, physician associates, and behavioral health clinics.

Minimum VA Requirements

To provide consistent support, applicants should meet the following basic requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Updated computer or laptop suitable for remote work
  • Working webcam and headset
  • Quiet workspace for patient communication
  • Ability to follow privacy standards and escalation procedures
  • Comfort working with healthcare or administrative systems
  • Availability for required training and support hours

Additional Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines.

Unfortunately, we cannot contract with individuals who hold dual citizenship or permanent residency in another country.

Applicants must also be willing to:

  • Provide proof of education or professional training, such as a degree, diploma, or certificate
  • Submit a valid government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, Postal ID, UMID, Passport, or equivalent)
  • Submit an NBI Clearance
  • Work full-time night shifts and weekends to support U.S.-based clients
  • Maintain a quiet work environment with a professional background and appropriate lighting
  • Register with the BIR as an independent contractor upon successful qualification for training
